We have operated in various sectors of the real estate industry for more than 20 years. Alongside purchasing and sales, our core competencies primarily include renovations and the development of existing buildings, which are integrated into our extensive portfolio.

Here, we pursue both asset and share deal concepts in our investment strategy. Alongside shares in start-ups, new construction in particular has also developed into an additional field of business.

We finance many of our real estate purchases with our own capital. Sales primarily serve to enlarge our transaction volumes and ensure the greatest possible financial independence for our core business as a holder of stock.
